He was predeceased by: his parents, John Adamchick and Anna Adamchick. He is survived by: his wife MaryLou Adamchick; his stepson Billy Gleason (Denise); his children, Thomas Adamchick (Kim) and Theresa Dodson (Wes); his grandchildren, Tyler, T. J., Alex, Craig and Lauren; his siblings, John Adamchick (Stacia) and Ann "Nancy" Nicholas; and his pet Zoey.
