He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his children, Shane Kuczek (Tammy Potvin-Kuczek) of Gansevoort, Joan Diaz (Richard) of Portland, TX, Jessica Pincheon and Alexandria Pincheon; his parent-in-law Mary F. Farrell of Grafton; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Bryant (John) of Grafton and Charles "Butch" Farrell (Margie) of Grafton. He is also survived by four nieces and two nephews.
