He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Parker and Blanche Parker (Rice); and his wife Marion "Pat" Parker. He is survived by: his children, William Parker (Tae), John Parker and Karen Parker; his granddaughters, Teresa Rockwell (Alex) and Natasha Parker; his sister Ruth O'Hare; and his nieces and nephews, Tom (Michelle), Richard (Lora) and Lynn VanBuren (Art).
