He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Perry and Thomas Perry; his brothers, Thomas and Timothy Perry; his in-laws, Harlan and Shirley Stringer; and his friends, Don Dibble, Ronnie Brown and Mark Cutting.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Perry; his children, Casey Baker (Jason) of Bainbridge, N. Y., Tina Fairchild (Dean) of Unadilla, N. Y. and Melissa Davis (Rob) of Mount Upton, N. Y.; his grandchildren, Amber Westcott (Kody), Austin Bauerle, Hayley, Nevan Baker, Abigail, Alexis, Maverick Davis and Brooke Fairchild; his great grandchildren, Kilynn and Kamdyn Westcott; and his sisters, Jenneen Bush (David) and Jill Pinney (Ed Brice). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
