He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. and Mary I. Williams (Norton); his wife Nancy L. Alcott; his sisters, Dorothy Santic and Gloria Williams; and his siblings-in-law, Harriett Williams and Henry Gabaccia.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie N. (Paul Drake) and Michelle L. (Jeff Franklin); his grandchildren, Alexandra Drake and Dallas Drake; and his siblings, Doris Hadeler (William Carter), Robert Williams, Kittie Gabaccia, Nancy and Jim Sharpless. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
