He is survived by: his sister Joyce Mattice (Brian); and his nieces and nephews, Brian Mattice Jr. (Katie), Matthew Mattice (Anastacia W.), Theresa Jurevicius (Raymond), Alisa Hauusgard and Heather White (Mark). He is also survived by several cousins and great nieces and nephews.
