It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan H. Phillips (Guilderland, New York), who passed away on June 1, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Melvin James Hollenbeck; her husband Earnest Phillips; her son Scott Raymond Phillips; her daughter-in-law Kevin Phillips (Kim); her grandson Cody James Phillips; her sister Barbara H. Taggart; and her brothers-in-law, William F., Henry Phillips and Frederick Phillips.
She is survived by: her parent Gladys Louise Hollenbeck (Vorce); her children, Cynthia Sendzik (Chad), Judith Holmes, Wayne A. Phillips (Rebecca) and Kevin W. Phillips; and her grandchildren, Tia Sendzik, Chelsea Hamer (Matthew), Joshua Clark, Sarah Phillips, Mason Phillips, Spencer Phillips and Hunter Phillips.
