It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis M. Elzer of Guilderland, New York, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 31, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Yaggi and Ellen Waldron Yaggi; and her husband Martin J. Elzer. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Mullen of Niskayuna and Jennifer Ruderman (Scott) of Castleton, NY; and her granddaughters, Katherine Zink (Michael) of Poughkeepsie, NY and Elizabeth Zink of New York City.
