It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merry Sparano (Guilderland, New York), born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on March 4, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lenora Fernandez Odom and Albert Louis Odom; and her siblings, William Claude Odom and Therese Gabrielle Matson. She is survived by: her sisters, Lenora Virginia Kirby and Penelope Sue Dart (Robert); her husband Peter Joseph Sparano; her children, Jenniver Anne Sparano, Michael Lawrence Sparano and David Andrew Sparano (Peggy); her close friend Adele Kakou; and also Monte McGee.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that those wishing to make a donation in Merry's memory donate to the Guilderland Public Library, St. Madeline Sophie Parish, or Community Hospice.
