With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matteo Sangiovanni of Guilderland, New York, who passed away on March 12, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Giovanni Sangiovanni; his wife Anna Sangiovanni (Audi); his son Anthony Sangiovanni; his daughter-in-law Rita; and his brother Joseph Sangiovanni.

He is survived by: his children, Giovanni Sangiovanni (Filomena) and Maria Bianchi (Jerry); his grandchildren, Anna Maria Sangiovanni, Matteo Fabrizio Sangiovanni, Rosario Sangiovanni, Joseph Anthony Sangiovanni, Deborah Sangiovanni, Daniela Bigalli and Joseph Bianchi; and his great grandchildren, Antonio, Maria Rosaria, Giulia, Jovani, Bianca, Roo, Giuliana and Talek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
