She was predeceased by: her parents, Isadore Herschenhorn and Ella Herschenhorn (Keltzky); her husband Arthur Levine; and her sister Gloria. She is survived by: her son Jeff Levine (Valerie) of Rotterdam Junction; her brother Earle Herschenhorn (Phyllis); and her sisters-in-law, Sandra Morigerato and Donna Mann. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
