He was predeceased by: his parents, Trueman R. Barber and Louise Andersen Barber Jewett; his stepfather Clarence Jewett; and his wife Joan Countermine. He is survived by: his children, Wendy Rosko (Michael) of Palmer, Richard Barber (Margaret) of Guilderland Center, NY and Lori Hazen (Kenneth) of Feura Bush, NY.; his grandchildren, Tara LaGrow (Lionel), Nicole Bethel, Theresa Clayton (Tristan), Andrew Barber, Alan Barber (Brittany), Crystal Rafferty and Bryan Rafferty; his great grandchildren, Kyia LaGrow, Sean LaGrow, Drake Bethel, Alex Bethel, Shay Bethel, Julia Barber, Adelaide Fallarino, Scarlett Barber, Ella Rickard, Jaylynn Rickard, Payten Rafferty and Silas Rafferty; his sister Nancy Lynch of St. Petersburg, FL.; and his stepgrandchildren, Aimee LaPlant, Amber Rich (David) and Steven Hazen. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
