She was predeceased by: her husband Lester V Jr.; and her sons, Paul R and Lester V III. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Joy Madelone (Thomas), Michael Adams (Anne), Steven Adams (Jonetta) and Keith Adams (Wendy Sue). She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
