She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Andres and Evelyn Allen Andres; and her siblings, Edward Andres (Marge), Joan Andres Budka and Bruce Andres.
She is survived by: her husband Frank D. Polsinello; her children, Derek Polsinello (Tori), Frank J. Polsinello, Dr. Mark Polsinello (Laurie) and Colleen Franklin (Matthew); her grandchildren, Leo Polsinello, Logan Polsinello, Julia Labbate (Frank), Maddy Franklin and Hanna Franklin; and her goddaughter Sandy Cirilla. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
