With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joan M. Carr of Guilderland, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry J. Leggett and Mabel Leggett (Snow); her husband Bill (Bill); and her siblings, Harry, Ralph, Ruth, Helen and Bud.

She is survived by: her children, James Carr (Catherine) of Albany, William Carr (Lisa Seypura) of Altamont, Mary Frances Carr of Albany, Thomas Carr (Tina) of Peru and John Carr of Altamont; and her grandchildren, Brendan Carr and Averil Carr. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and steadfast friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Joan's memory to the E. M. Cooper Memorial Public Library in Wilmington, N.Y. or the Guilderland Food Pantry in Guilderland, N.Y. would be most welcome.
