Van Patten (Moriarty); his children, Kourtney Van Patten (David), Korinne Van Patten and Kyle Van Patten (Michelle); his grandchildren, Caden, Brinley and Olivia; his siblings, Jay Van Patten III (Tara), Linda Sornberger (Lee), Jan Van Patten (Gail), Chris Van Patten (Carlene) and Lisa Clark (Patrick); his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Helm, Sr. (late Regina), Carol Engel and Thomas Moriarty; and his aunts, Theresa O'Hare and Hannah Ivers. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
