He was predeceased by: his parents, George William Phillips and Evelyn Moss Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Karen Kernaghan Phillips; his daughter Tara Brewer (Chris) of Guilderland; his granddaughters, Cadence Brewer and Melody Brewer; and his sister Susan Phillips of Florida.
