Van Wormer (Susan) of Cape Coral, Edward T. Van Wormer (Marilyn) of Albany, Robert A. Van Wormer of Guilderland, Amy D. Wood (Richard) of Esperance and Rose M. Van Wormer of Lake Placid; her brothers, Wendell B. Wells (Kim) and Kent T. Wells (Melissa); her grandchildren, Gary Van Wormer (Jennifer), Jessica Cardinal (Chris), Kelly Douglas (Nathaniel), Joseph Wisnewski (Christie), Tyler (Sharon), Jennifer and Jeffrey Wood; her great grandchildren, Jonathan, Matthew, Brandon Van Wormer, Emma Cardinal and Phoebe Cardinal; her grandchildren, Paul, Joe, Nick, Dave and Bradley; and her nieces and nephews, Robert Wells (Jen), Leona Rappelye (Peter), Adam Wells and Eric Wells. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
