Dennis E. Galka Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2020, at the age of 72, Dennis E. Galka of Guilderland, New York, born in Albany, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dennis E. Galka to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Galka and Genevieve Tomlinson Galka; his wife Esther Jean Herbst Galka; his daughter Jane V. Galka; and his brother Joseph Galka.

He is survived by: his children, Amy Jean Gershon (Justin), Edward M. Galka (Michelle) and Lee D. Galka; his grandchildren, Michael R. Carlin III, Addison Jean Gershon and Vaeda Galka; and his sister-in-law Josephine Galka. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Please only enter the funeral home from the rear parking lot doorway; mask and social distancing required; and 40 visitors at a time will be allowed in the funeral home at a time. Funeral Services Thursday December 3, 2020 10:00 am at St. Pius X Church, Loudonville, NY where his Funeral Mass will be celebrated; mask and social distancing required; Church ambassadors will be available to help with seating and questions; please try to arrive by 9:45 am.
