He is survived by: his parents, David A. Chainyk and Jacqueline L. Chainyk (Klein) of North Bethlehem; his close friend Sarah McCarley; his pets, Riley and Annabelle; his daughter McKenzie Chainyk-Driggers (Jonathan Driggers); his grandson Elliot Driggers of Guilderland; his siblings, Davia LaChapelle (Michael) of North Bethlehem and Corey Chainyk (Elizabeth Diamantatos) of Guilderland; and his nieces and nephews, Dustin, Casey (Lianna), Cody LaChapelle, Cassidy and Lucas Chainyk.
