He is survived by: his wife Jean (Furfaro) of Albany; his son Cosimo Lizzi Jr.; his grandson Michele Lizzi (Francesca); his great grandchild Claudio Lizzi; his granddaughter Maryjean Maciulewicz (David); and his great grandchild Mila Maciulewicz. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
