He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Riggs and Ruth Riggs; his daughter Tammy; and his friend Pio Buonanno. He is survived by: his wife Jean McGuire Riggs; his son David Riggs; his siblings, Dennis Riggs (Wenxia) and Diane Killian (late Wally); his sisters-in-law, Donna Tyler Peggy (John) and Patty Hodgkinson (Seamus); and his friend Tina. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, Inc. (490 Delaware Ave, Albany, NY 12209). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home (490 Delaware Ave, Albany, NY 12209). The inurnment will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at the Our Lady of Help Christians Cemetery (41 Jolley Rd, Glenmont, NY 12077).
