She was predeceased by: her mother Bertha Goodrich; her husband Norman E. LaPorte; her daughter Sharon L. LaPorte; and her sister Shirley Phillippi. She is survived by: her children, Norman L. LaPorte (Maryanne) of Maryland, Bonnie M. Hofmann of Rotterdam, David B. LaPorte of Kentucky and Holly A. LaPorte of Guilderland; and her grandsons, Lorne (Tracey), Steven, Michael LaPorte, Charles (Jennifer) and Gregory Hofmann (Danielle). She is also survived by five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
