He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Gillespie and Katherine George Gillespie; his wife Hope; and his brother Donald M. Gillespie. He is survived by: his children, Don, Gary (Mary Ellen) and Susan Suddard (Kevin); his grandchildren, Sean, Kimberly, Erin McCarthy, Patrick (Anna), Bryan and Cory Gillespie; and his great grandchildren, Tyler McCarthy, Isabella Donadio, Ryan and Evan Gillespie.
