It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael S. Aten (Groveland, New York), born in Warsaw, New York, who passed away on June 12, 2019, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Rachel Aten; and his grandparents, George, Alice Kiefer and Elmer Aten. He is survived by: his wife Millie A. Collins Aten; his son Michael S. Aten II (Jessica Proctor) of Groveland; his father David Aten (Gloria); his siblings, Jennifer Aten of Groveland, David Aten and Valerie Aten; and also, John Collins II (Selena) and Cheltsea Collins. He is also survived by his grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Teresa House, 21 Highland Rd., Geneseo, NY 14454.
