He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Kimmy Einink; his sister Alma Thom; his wife Jean Ingalls; his sons, Stephen McTarnaghan (Kim), Robert McTarnaghan of Groveland and Fred Ingalls II (Dawn) of Groveland; his son-in-law Mark Einink (Shelly) of Clymer, NY; his niece Julia Thom; and his parents, Theodore Roosevelt and Bernice Strapp Ingalls. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sparta First Presbyterian Church, 4687 Scottsburg Rd., Groveland, NY 14462.
