He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hainsworth and Louise Hainsworth (Ursula). He is survived by: his children, Beth and Chuck; his grandchildren, Jessica, Kyle, Grace and Faith; his siblings, Sandra Cottrell and Douglas Hainsworth (Lois); his girlfriend Pam Pratt; his girlfriend's son Michael; and his daughter Wendy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
