She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. and Esther M. Thompson (Gipp); her husband Donald F. Starner; and her brothers, Edward H. Thompson and Robert A. Thompson.
She is survived by: her sons, Chuck Starner (Valerie) of King Ferry and Danny Starner of Groton; her grandsons, Zachary Starner of Genoa and Matthew Starner of King Ferry; her sister Katie E. Thompson of King Ferry; and her sister-in-law Bertha Petersen of Groton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
