We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2021, at the age of 64, Sandra Hammond of Groton, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Steve Hammond; her children, Rachel Green (Ryan) and Aaron Hammond (Tiffany); and her grandson Rowan Green. She is also survived by her sister, and 3 brothers.
