With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Lee Rice of Groton, New York, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on September 6, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvile "Hank" Rice and Bessie Smithkin Rice. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Kristie Gifford-Robinson (James) and Kimberlee Smith (Chad); his grandchildren, Liam Smith and Allie Robinson; and his sister-in-law Karen Rice. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
