Nicely; her children, Ricardo Delgado of Ithaca, Jamie Nicely of Freeville and Melissa Crosier of Freeville; her stepdaughters, Heather Nicely of Jacksonville and Janelle Weltz of Jacksonville; and her sisters, Tamra Magdefrau of Florida and Kim Rydel of Florida. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
