Terwilliger (Groton, New York), born in Ithaca, New York, who passed away on March 29, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Terwilliger and Iris Drake Terwilliger; and his siblings, Edward Terwilliger (Faye), Mike Terwilliger and Dawn Schoneman.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Strickland Terwilliger; his children, Sherry Erxleben (Chuck) of Freeville, NY, Norman Terwilliger (Martine) of Freeville, NY and Karen Sunderland (Rob Compton) of Brooktondale, NY; his grandchildren, Rachel Laughlin (David), Daniel Terwilliger (Erin), Adam Terwilliger (Maggie) and Andrew Sherwood; and his great grandchildren, Mason Laughlin and Caleb Terwilliger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of his life will be held from 1-3 pm, Sunday, April 7, 2019 at the Dryden Veteran's Memorial Home, 2272 Dryden Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Dusenberry Sportsman's Club, PO Box 73, Freeville, NY 13068 or a charity of one's choice.
