She was predeceased by: her parents, Louisa Lattimer Chandler and Eugene Foster; and her brothers, Albert, Norman and Dale Chandler.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael E. Foster Sr. of Groton, NY, Scott J. Foster of Groton, NY and Billy Jack Foster of Youngstown, OH; her grandchildren, Michael Jr., Mirinda, Kimberly, Kelly, Mackenzie, Samantha, Alexis, Gage, Billy Jr. and Terrance; her great grandchildren, Lily Rose, Brayden, Jayden, Greyson, Maya, Jase and Elyssa; and her siblings, Bob Chandler and Dory Whipple. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
