We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Maria Klimaszewski in Groton, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Klimaszewski; her daughter Annie; and her parents, Jan Tarasenko and Anna Tarasenko. She is survived by: her children, Nicolai Klimaszewski (Cathy), Elizabeth Vincent, Daniel Klimaszewski (Kelly Smith) and Michael Klimaszewski. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
Donations in Maria's memory may be made to either of the two local organizations that provided so much support and comfort to Maria in her later years; Hospicare of Ithaca, and Meals on Wheels (Foodnet of Ithaca).
