He is survived by: his parents, Frank Lanza and Denise Shackelton; his daughter Harley Rose Lanza of Oakfield; the mother of his child Summer Prentice; his uncle David DeMatteo (Delsy) of Groton; and his aunt Nancy Neglia of Red Hook. He is also survived by several nieces nephews and cousins.
