Howard E. Makela Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 10, 2022, at the age of 80, Howard E. Makela of Groton, New York, born in Ithaca, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Howard E. Makela to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche H. Farkas and John M. Farkas; his siblings, Dorinda M. Makela, Raymond Farkas and Chris L. Farkas; his close friend Shirley Sharpsteen; and his pet Benny.
He is survived by: his daughter Stacey L. Makela of Trumansburg; his siblings, Linnea K. Makela of Baldwinsville, Steven J. Makela (Kathy) of Lansing, Joel A. Farkas (Lea) and Michael A. Farkas (Carol) of Barker, NY; his sister-in-law Donna Farkas (Chris); and also, Steve Sharpsteen, Kim Hooper, Kelsie and Kaden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
