It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dawn Metzler (Groton, New York), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on June 6, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cooper and Dorothy Ketchum Cooper; and her sister Diane Anderson. She is survived by: her husband Daryl "Buz" Metzler; her children, Michael Habalou (Nancy), Robert Habalou (Kyle Mettler), Carole Shaw (Leo), John Habalou (Sarah Lasher), Kandy Metzler (Jamie Smith), Tammy Wells (Jerry), Rhonda Warner (Donnie), Daryl Metzler Jr. and Amanda Metzler; and her siblings, Joanne Zitka (Don) and James Cooper Jr. (Lynn). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
