He was predeceased by: his father Frank Clyde Prugh III. He is survived by: his mother Sandra L. Prugh of Freeville, NY; his wife Kristin Prugh; his daughter Violet Eloise Prugh; his stepsons, Lucas, Joshua and Kaleb Goodwin; his sister Cassie M. Prugh of Albany, NY; his pet Duke; and his friends, Joey, Kyle and Eric.
