He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Hack and Edith Strope Hack. He is survived by: his wife Carol Hall Hack; and his children, Rosemarie Bill of Waverly, Judy Stephens (Jeff) of Waverly, Stephen Hack of Danby, Dorsey Hack of Groton and Jon Hack (Renee). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in Cliff's name to a local SPCA.
