He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar A. Muller and Harriet Babcock Muller; and his brother David Muller. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Bruce A. Muller, Jr. of Groton, Vickie Comfort of Cortland, Candace Kolb of Rochester and Kristine Ruggaber of Syracuse; and his sister Kathleen Malonis of West Virginia. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Due to the current pandemic, there will be no current services or visitation.
