She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Patrick and Ruth Patrick; her husband Donald R. Lance; her children, Ruth Lance, Carol Chapman, Donald Lance Jr. and Arthur Lance; and her siblings, Raymond Patrick, Jack Patrick and Jean Praninskas.

She is survived by: her children, Charles Lance of Groton, NY and Audrey Celentano of Groton, NY. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
