Rexford of Greenwood, New York, born in Sabinsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 94, on September 6, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dight Balch and Letah Balch (Hackett); her husband Robert James Rexford; her siblings, Vernon Balch and Aileen Balch Leach; and her great grandchild Ryan Mills.
She is survived by: her children, James Rexford (Wendy) of Greenwood, Elaine English (Harold) of Lindley and Susan Keefer (Greg) of Purcellville, VA.; and her brother Lynn Balch (Sally). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
