He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Williams and Janet Williams (Eldridge). He is survived by: his wife Starla Jackson; his children, Jon Williams (Sarah) of Lockport and Amanda Fronczak (Christopher) of Tonawanda; and his grandchildren, Cole Fronczak, Alec Jex, Adeline, Bella Williams and Kaia Williams.
