She was predeceased by: her husband Frank M Pernice; her sister Cathy Cordasco; and her father Charles Slomback. She is survived by: her children, Laurie Pernice, Susan Dominguez and Kim Visser (Billy); her siblings, Charles Slomback, Ronald Slomback, Steven Slomback, RoseAnne O'Neill and Carol LaVigna; and her grandson Brandon Dominguez.
