He was predeceased by: his parents, William Martin Fields and Mary Murphy Fields; his significant other Kathleen Mary Donald; his children, Joan Elizabeth Fields and Thomas Fields; and his grandson Wayne Fields.
He is survived by: his children, William M. Fields Jr. and Dawn Marie Graham (Paul); and his sister Patricia VanNorman.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Greenwood Lake Ambulance Corp.
