He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin O'Neill and Elizabeth O'Neill; his siblings, John, Martin, Mary, Eugene, Danny and Bridget; his son Mitchell Owen O'Neill; and his granddaughter Asheton Marie Bandy.
He is survived by: his wife Marie; his daughters, Christine (Brian) and Karen (Jason); and his grandchildren, Christopher (Lauren), Callie, Rylee Bandy, Mikayla, Jacob Sticco and Grace Ann O'Neill. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews/nieces, grandnephews/grandnieces and great-grandnephews/great-grandnieces.
