He is survived by: his parents, Amanda Gerkens of Greenwood Lake, NY and Bill Jedziniak of Wilmington, NC; his brothers, David Je, David Jedziniak and Eric Jedziniak of Palm Coast; his siblings-in-law, Karleen and Kristin; and his nieces and nephews, Morgan, Ashley, Dalton, Austin and Logan.
