He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara J. Devine; and his brother Gerald Waters, III. He is survived by: his father John R. Devine; his wife Kerri Lynn Devine; his daughter Alana R. Latella-Devine; his brother Kerry Waters; his aunts, Ann and Alice Bigger; and his uncle Vincent Misiano. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
