She was predeceased by: her father John McCarthy; her stepfather Richard Francis; her parents-in-law, Michael and Catherine Hirrel; and her siblings, Debra Kelly and Dennis McCarthy.
She is survived by: her husband John Hirrel; her mother MaryEllen McCarthy Francis; her children, Catherine Hirrel-Dieber (Frank Dieber Jr), Jonathon Hirrel (Valerie Hirrel), Chelsea Hirrel and Michael Hirrel; and her siblings, Diane McCarthy, Darren McCarthy (Christine McCarthy), Duncan McCarthy and Kristi McCarthy. She is also survived by her 7 grand babies.
