He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernt Olsen and Theresa Olsen; and his siblings, Alan, Eleanor, Robert, Donald and Paul.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughter KellyAnn McKean (Dustin); and his grandson Carter James. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and countless friends.
